How do I place my cards inside the frame?

Each frame is designed to make it simple and safe to display your card, whether it’s a standard card or a graded slab.

  • For raw cards, use the protective sleeve and the included adhesive putty to gently secure the card in place.
    The adhesive putty is removable and reusable, so you can adjust or replace your card anytime without damage.
  • For graded cards, use the adhesive magnets provided to attach the slab to the front surface of the frame.
    They hold firmly but are safe for all grading cases and can be removed without leaving marks.

The border size of the printed proxy card is intentionally smaller to help you position your actual card on top more easily. Each method keeps your card perfectly centered, protected and ready to display beautifully.

Is the Pokémon card included?

No, the Pokémon card is not included.
Each frame is designed to perfectly match the original artwork of the card, but the card itself must be provided by you.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Production time usually takes 2 to 7 days, depending on order volume and design complexity.
Once ready, your frame is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking included.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time depends on your location and local postal services.
Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey in real time.

If you experience any delays or issues, please check the tracking status first and contact the shipping carrier directly for the most accurate updates.

My order is delayed or stuck in customs. What can I do?

If your order is delayed or currently being held in customs, please don’t worry, we’re here to help!

But shipping delays or customs inspections are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs authorities
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded while they are in transit or held at customs.

Can I request a custom frame or a specific card?

Yes! We’re happy to create custom frames for specific cards or discuss new ideas.
Simply contact us through our website or send us a message on Instagram or other social platforms, we love bringing personal projects to life. Due to high demand, please contact us only if you’re genuinely interested.

Who owns the artwork?

All extended artworks are original creations made by us.
They are inspired by the official Pokémon illustrations but entirely redesigned and owned by our team as unique artistic interpretations.

Are the frames handmade?

Yes! Every frame is designed, illustrated and assembled by us, with great care and attention to detail.
Each piece is unique and created with love for both craftsmanship and the Pokémon universe.

How do you package the products?

Each order is securely packed with bubble wrap and a rigid box to protect the frame during transport.
We treat every package with the same care we put into creating the product itself.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

If any fees apply, your postal service or courier will contact you directly to complete delivery.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us, we’ll do our best to add your location and arrange safe delivery.
