Shipping policy

1) Where we ship
We ship worldwide. However, not all countries are currently enabled on the site or for automatic shipping options. If you don’t see your country at checkout or no options are available, please contact us at ettagallery@gmail.com or message us on our social channels and we’ll do our best to arrange a manual shipment.
2) Order processing time

Processing: up to 1 week after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 12:00 CET are processed starting the next business day.

During peak periods or promotions, processing may take longer.
3) Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.
4) Shipping addresses

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or incomplete addresses.

Please ensure your name, address, and contact details are correct; we cannot change the address after dispatch.
5) Duties, taxes & customs (non-EU/UK)
For shipments outside the EU (and for the UK), any duties, local VAT, and customs clearance fees are payable by the recipient and are non-refundable. If a parcel is refused due to duties/fees, any refund (if applicable) may be reduced by outbound/return shipping and carrier handling fees.
6) Failed delivery / wrong address
If delivery fails due to a wrong/incomplete address, no one available, or missed pickup, the parcel may be returned to sender. In such cases:

We can reship to a new address once additional shipping is paid; or

If you request a refund, we will deduct shipping costs (outbound/return) and any carrier charges.
7) Split shipments & pre-orders
Orders containing pre-order or back-ordered items may be shipped separately at no extra standard shipping cost. Delivery timing references are based on the latest-available item.
8) Lost, damaged, or incomplete orders

Damaged on arrival: contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.

Marked delivered but missing: carriers may mark “delivered” hours earlier; if not received within 3 business days, contact us.

After the carrier investigation, we may issue a replacement or refund, subject to availability.
9) Returns & refunds (reminder)
Where a statutory right to cancel/return applies (e.g., EU/EEA and UK), returns are accepted within 14 days (subject to legal exceptions). Elsewhere, we do not accept change-of-mind returns; if you need assistance, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll review your case.
