Refund policy

14-day return policy applies exclusively in countries/territories that mandate a statutory right to cancel/return (including the European Union, European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom). Customers located in these regions have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

In all other destinations, change-of-mind returns are not accepted; for assistance, contact ettagallery@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery for a case-by-case review.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, with freebies, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not charge any restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. However, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions described in this policy.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable

Digital products, downloadable content, and other electronically delivered goods are non-returnable and non-refundable once access, download, or delivery has been provided, except where required by applicable law.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
